Shipping errors, defective or damaged goods

        When you receive the goods at these problems occur, Please take pictures together after the goods and packaging, Just Sent email with The digital photos and a description of the relevant circumstances to service departments: after-service@agencytaobao.com,We will reply you answer after process!


        Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.

 

        Note: On these conditions, we don’t accept your returning:

 

A. goods had been replaced, the original appearance of change, or parts missing;

B. Been Opened of items, such as packages, CD, DVD, cassette, etc.;

C. No original proof of purchase of goods.

 

D.The clothing is the same as the details of seller display, but the clothing brand is different.

  Second Step:After Happybuy Receive Your Application,Will Communicate With China’S Seller.While They Accept Return Or Exchange.Our Coustomer Servicer Will Contact You By Email And Let You Know Returning Details.

 

  Thrid Step:When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from happybuy. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the following address along with a note containing your information and the reason for return.
